The company will survey the area to check for obstacles that will affect the construction, do measurements in terms of land encroachment and pollution. When the survey is complete, there will be an appointment to discuss design adjustments. This is different from the past where adjustments could not be made. Now, however, SEACON can adjust to meet customer needs.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0SEACON\u2019s adaptation in terms of its service takes into account comprehensive services and construction speed. The construction process begins in parallel with ground surveys and basic engineering calculations. This information will then be sent to SEACON\u2019s prefabricated parts factory to carry out the production of structural columns and beams to meet the standard as specified by the engineer. During the process of producing the structure and quality checking, piles will be driven in and foundations would be built. Later, the finished structural parts will be delivered to the construction site for assembly. Then, when the structural work that is the heart of the construction is completed, with strength that meets standards, other parts of the design will be proceeded, including flooring, plumbing, brick plastering, various system work until the house is delivered.
