Initially targeting developers, home builders, architects, and end-users, TS-TEAK has broadened its offerings to include more affordable doors, catering to both its original audience and new market segments. The brand now targets Main Class and Economy Class housing projects with a variety of price points.
In addition, current trends emphasize sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) concerns, especially among developers and architects. TS-TEAK has addressed these by obtaining FSC certification and offering Carbon Credit programs. Khun Nat added that sustainability is part of the company’s core values, implemented across all processes, from sourcing raw materials to the final product. TS-TEAK uses water-based adhesives and paints that are pet- and user-friendly, further underscoring its commitment to sustainability. The company has also incorporated new technologies, such as automatic door systems and universal Design products, aimed at improving usability and efficiency.
