A new interpretation of our popular print Panlong, which is the Chinese word for “dragon”, New Panlong features the dramatic full-width design of these fantastical creatures, now against a medium-weight linen ground which has a lightly glazed finish. This mystical design, which is inspired by Chinese folklore, is an adaptation of a mid-twentieth century design that was discovered in Jim Thompson’s personal archive.
