Architect’26 under the concept of ‘SATI : WISDOM : PROMPT’ calls attention to the importance of awareness and foresight amid contemporary global challenges, including unrest, economic uncertainties, public-health crises, and the rapid emergence of transformative technologies. The theme encourages architects to understand, adapt, and prepare, with the goal of enhancing societal well-being and elevating Thai architecture on the international stage.

Architect’25 builds upon the success of previous exhibition (Architect’24), which commemorated the 90^th anniversary of ASA. This year, it serves as a great opportunity to recall the journey of Thai architecture from the past to the present by exploring architectural values from the past, gathers data, analyzes it, and reinterprets it through new-blooded architects and designers.

Time of Togetherness

The theme this year is “Time of Togetherness” to reflect the idea to combine all architectural fields together. This is the first time that it has five co-organizing chairmen from five associations, which are the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage (ASA), Thailand Interior Designers’ Association (TIDA), Thai Association of Landscape Architects (TALA), Thai Urban Designers Association (TUDA), and Architect Council of Thailand (ACT). Metaphorically, these co-organizing chairmen are the chefs selecting the ingredients and cooking the tasty foods to satisfy diners, while the diners are the world and the society which need the changes to be able to respond to all the coming challenges in this era.
