The Palette of Materials Pavilion was created to transform how people perceive materials at Architect Expo. Instead of viewing materials separately across different booths, this pavilion brings everything together into one central space — presenting a complete overview of material trends through patterns, colors, textures, and storytelling expressed via mood boards crafted entirely from real materials.
Designed by Looklen Architects, winner of Thematic Pavilion of the Year for the S-ONE Pavilion at Architect’25, the pavilion reuses the entire aluminum structure from last year’s exhibit, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable design. Its light, layered, and subtly blurred form resembles the rhythm of a bamboo forest — inviting visitors to step inside, wander, and explore.
