Stamped Concrete
Concrete stamp mold – stamped concrete pattern
The mold is used to create stone texture pattern on printed concrete, for instance, on the surface of road, parking lots and all types of concrete floors. The mold can be stamped to create a realistic natural stone pattern. It is designed to be used with stamped concrete. Every edge and corner can be placed seamlessly for a realistic-looking finished product, reducing the issue of wide groove between each stone texture. The mold is available in both hard and soft sheets, perfect for professional contractors as it is easy to use and is of high-quality materials.
Features of stamp mold
The mold is made of polyurethane, rendering it highly durable and long-lasting. The mold can be stamped for more than 50,000 times, with a lifespan of over 2 years. The mold has been designed to create a highly realistic stone pattern and texture while preserving all the intricate details. Mold casting is achieved by machine and experts in polyurethane with 17 years of experience.
Stencil Concrete
This is innovative concrete surface decoration to create delicate patterns and colors to resemble natural stone by combining stencil and Color Seasons cement powder, with 2 techniques:
Spray – On System
For surface which needs ready mixed concrete before creating pattern
Stick the stencil with adhesive tape on a clean surface
Mix Color Seasons powder with Activator, ratio of 1:1
Using a spray gun, spray the paint powder all over (a trowel can also be used if smoothness is required). Leave it to dry for at least 1-2 hours
Gently remove the stencil and let the surface dry completely for at least 4-6 hours
Coat the surface with M-100 or PU 9000 varnish
Cast System
For surface which needs ready mixed concrete before creating pattern
Pour the concrete with the height of 3-5 cm, smoothen the surface and leave it to dry
Place the stencil onto the cement surface, using a roller, roll the stencil to be evenly smooth on the cement
Using a sieve, sift Color Seasons powder all over
Smoothen the surface and leave it to dry for at least 1-2 hours
Gently remove the stencil and leave it to dry completely for at least 24 hours
Coat the surface with M-100 or PU 9000 varnish
