SLAB FORMWORK SYSTEM
The formwork is categorized into 2 materials: aluminum and steel. Both contain the same features and usage and can be used jointly with differences in weight, material, maintenance, and price.
Differences between I ECO (IF) formwork and general aluminum formwork include:
- Cast from aluminum extrusion, therefore more durable than aluminum slabs
- Aluminum panels come in various sizes, responding to a wide range of usage
- Featuring a drop head, enabling IF formwork to be moved to another location while the prop securing the concrete is still intact
- Durable and reusable as the floor is plywood. If broken, the plywood can be changed.
- Featuring accessories for use in different areas such as beams, columns, adjacent areas and crane
SCP – SELF-CLIMBING PLATFORM
SCP is sealed climbing façade operation platform and protection system with perforated metal sheet, driven by secured pulley system with separated motor
- Can move on both x and y axis, compatible with buildings with different heights
- Alert the system when the platform is overweight with an automatic stop
- Platform for operating in a standing position
- Prevent personnel and equipment from falling, an additional loading platform can be installed
Ringlock Scaffolding and Mesh sheet
- Replace the traditional scaffolding system
- Used with mesh sheet for prevention resist dust, debris, and materials from falling
- Support transfer beam
- Used with slab formwork system for areas where the floor is higher than 6 meters for safety
- Support more weight
Mesh sheet
Size: 1.8*5.10 m. Weight: 270 gsm and 360 gsm
Material: PVC and polyester, non-flammable
Both sizes are different in terms of weight, price, and durability. The 270 gsm. one is thinner, therefore can be stretched more tightly.
